Ke Youxiang, native place in Ezhou City, Hubei Province, Doctorial Supervisor, PhD in Education, member of HUST Academic Committee, State Council Expert for Special Allowance; Director of Higher Education Committee of Hubei Provincial Committee for Civil Advancement; Vice Chairman of Educational Research Branch of the China Association for Non-government Education; Executive Director of Special Committee for Education of China Association of Higher Education; Academic Member of Special Committee for Chinese Educational Policy; Director of Hubei Provincial Promotion Association for Advisory Activities; and Executive Director of Hubei Educational Economics Association.

Mr. Ke has long been engaged in research and teaching in special areas of Educational Management & Economy and Higher Education; he has compiled, edited and published 6 academic works, such as Higher Education Management, Moderate Profit and Non-government Higher Education Development, and Educational Economics etc as Independent Author or First Author, and 11 works including Higher Education as a participant; he has published near 100 papers on various influential academic journals and papers, such as Educational Research and Journal of Higher Education etc; he has successively presided and undertaken 15 research subjects assigned by The National Social Science Fund of China, including “Value Recognition & Risk Control for Localized Aboard Studying at the University Level”, “Research on Positioning, Features and Development of Non-government Higher Institutions” etc; he is the winners of more than 10 significant prizes and rewards, such as the Winner at the 7th Education Institution Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Awards (Humanities & Social Sciences) by the Ministry of Education of PRC, the Second Prize at the 3rd National Educational Scientific Research Outstanding Achievement Awards, the Second Prize at the 2nd Excellent Achievement Awards of Social Sciences in Hubei, and so on.
