Shuguang Wei, PhD in higher education administration, Postdoctoral in Management Science and Engineering. Wei’s research interests include governance and organizational change of colleges and universities, interaction mechanisms between higher education and society, institutional research in campus decision making, undergraduate learning and development.
Wei has been a Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor), Association for Institutional Research, University of Georgia, and Florida State University. He has been awarded the Outstanding Young Scholarship Award by the Chinese Association for Institutional Research, the Outstanding Dissertation Award and Excellent Research Paper Award by the Chinese Association for the Study of Higher Education.
