07/1991-09/1995: The teacher of political education department of Hubei University mainly teaches the principle of moral education, the brief discussion of curriculum and teaching material, and the teaching theory of ideological and political course.Promoted to lecturer in 1994.08

09/1995-06/1998:Ph.D. candidate majoring in principles of Education, School of Educational Sciences, Nanjing normal University, received a doctorate in pedagogy, doctoral thesis is "Science and Technology Education and moral Education"

09/1998-08/2000:Post-Doctoral Mobile Station of School of Education Science in East China Normal University(ECNU),research topicwas"Global issues and moral Education", promoted to associate professor in 2000.08

09/2000- present: Teacher, Institute of Educational Sciences, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, engaged in the teaching and research of pedagogical principles and moral education theory. My University: Huazhong University of Science&Technology (HUST) is a key comprehensive university under the direct leadership of the Ministry of Education of P. R. China,located in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. ProfessorYe Lan for my postdoctoral report is one of the most outstanding researchers of education in Today’s China, who is also Dean for National Professional Commission of fundamental theory of education, vice president for the Chinese Society of Education (CSE) and Director for Institute of Reform and Development of Elementary Education affiliated to the Key Base of MOE Humanities and Social Sciences in East China Normal University.

ProfessorBan Hua for my doctorate is one of the most victoriousresearchersof moral education, who is also dean ofthe Moral Ethical Education in Secondary School Professional Commission of CSE, a member of the State Council’sdisciplinaryteam and a member of academic commission of the institute of moral education affiliated to the Key Base of MOE Humanities and Social Sciences in Nanjing Normal University.
